When placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. We do not accept returns of opened coffee products due to food safety regulations.

Defective products should be reported within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Workshop Policies

Registration for workshops requires full payment in advance. Workshop schedules and instructors are subject to change without notice.

Workshop cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future workshop. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

Drift Coffee Co. reserves the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.

7. User-Generated Content

If you post reviews, comments, or other content on our website or social media platforms, you grant Drift Coffee Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
